Ultimately, Credit Agricole's business customers will be able to use the same Blik services as retail ones
Credit Agricole Bank has announced changes to its electronic banking regulations. One of the announced innovations is the introduction of Blik services for institutional customers. The regulations, which will come into force on 23 April, include relevant provisions on the use of such services and on the setting of daily and single-transaction limits for corporate customers.

The new regulations mention services such as in-store and online payments, including recurring transactions, as well as ATM withdrawals. According to the Credit Agricole press office, the bank also plans to offer Blik deposits at cash deposit machines and Blik transfers to mobile phones. This means that corporate customers will have access to the same Blik services as retail ones. These services are expected to be available in the first half of this year.
The possibility of using Blik services by corporate customers (excluding single-person businesses) is not yet standard on the market. Before Credit Agricole, PKO BP, ING, and Alior had already decided to take this step.
The list of changes also announces the introduction of a new section to the regulations concerning video calls in the CA24 Mobile application. In this case, it is a change of an organisational nature, as the regulations for electronic banking now include rules for video calls, which were previously covered in separate regulations. The video calls were made available in the application to prime customers in November 2025. However, as the bank's press office informed me, Credit Agricole wants to make this feature available to other customer groups and segments in the future.

Let me remind you that Credit Agricole had already offered video calls in the past, but they were available from the bank's website. When the service launched in 2022, this option was specifically advertised as a solution for people who needed assistance opening a Credit Agricole account. Currently, the video calls that were available on the bank's website are temporarily disabled.
It is worth noting that on 31 March, Credit Agricole will disable the old address for the CA24 eBank website, i.e., e-bank.credit-agricole.pl. After this date, customers will only be able to log in to the transaction service using the address: ca24.credit-agricole.pl.
