Revolut is looking for a thousand of sales people and 200 specialists all over Europe

Some of the new Revolut employees are to support its Krakow team

Revolut has announced that it intends to hire a thousand sales representatives in Poland and abroad, as well as 200 specialists who will strengthen its office in Krakow. Fintech is also looking for a head of business partnerships in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. It is not a foregone conclusion in which country the most traders will be hired. It all depends on the number of candidates in each country.

Employees for these positions are sought in: Poland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Portugal, Great Britain or the USA. Fintech announced that the new structure will be headed by Matthew Acton Davis, the former head of sales at the British company Ebury. His statement quoted in the press release shows that Revolut will want to reach small entrepreneurs in Europe and the United States with its offer.

"We are looking for a thousand candidates in Krakow, or for other offices, with at least six months of experience in the business segment, good English and French, German or Spanish", says Matthew Acton Davis.

So far, Revolut employs nearly 2,500 employees, including 750 people in Poland. In line with the new fintech strategy, hired employees will decide for themselves whether and when they want to perform their duties in one of the fintech offices, and when they prefer to do it from home.

It is worth adding that Revolut has still not found a replacement for Karol Sadaj, who a few months ago left the position of the head of fintech in Poland. Sadaj is currently working on the Polish offer of Aion, another cross-border mobile bank.
