You can now buy Polregio train tickets via the Jakdojade mobile app. The new range includes single-journey tickets, season tickets, and tickets for dogs, luggage, and bicycles. Jakdojade also allows you to check whether a particular train has air-conditioned carriages, space for bicycles, and facilities for passengers with disabilities.

Tickets for Polregio trains could already be purchased online and via mobile apps. The carrier itself offers such an app. I can also see tickets for its trains on apps such as SkyCash and Koleo. According to information provided to the media by Polregio, in 2025, the company sold 43 percent of its tickets online and via apps. Meanwhile, tickets from other rail operators, such as Koleje Mazowieckie and Intercity, are already available on Jajdojade.

Not everyone is probably aware that Polregio is Poland’s largest passenger rail operator, with a 25 percent share of the passenger market. Its strategic owner is the Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu), which holds over 50 percent of the company’s shares. The remainder is owned by provincial authorities. Every day, over 2,000 Polregio trains depart from tracks across the country.
