MojeID solution will be available to Authologic's customers, which include Santander Leasing, Siepomaga or Europa Ubezpieczenia users
The operator of the mojeID system, KIR, and the Polish fintech Authologic, have announced the establishment of cooperation. As a result, Authologic's customers will be able to use the solution offered by KIR. Thanks to this, the popularity of the system enabling confirmation of identity using bank details may rapidly grow. Authologic's services may already be used by customers of many companies from various industries, e.g. Santander Leasing, Siepomaga or Europa Ubezpieczenia.
The cooperation of KIR and Authologic means that in order to offer the possibility of confirming identity with mojeID, any company already using Authologic's services does not have to additionally integrate with the KIR system. "We have decided to expand access to myID for commercial service providers, through cooperation with partners. Authologic is the first partner of KIR in this model," says Wojciech Pantkowski, Vice President of KIR.
Authologic is the operator of a platform that coordinates and aggregates various online identity verification methods. It boasts that it currently operates in around 200 countries and aggregates identity verification methods based on biometric tools, digital identity documents as well as bank data. "By extending our authentication offering with mojeID, we are responding to customer needs in the area of fast, fully digital identity verification methods", says Krzysztof Klimczak, CEO of Authologic.
MojeID, on the other hand, enables individuals to confirm their identity completely remotely using electronic banking. The service is now available to over 18 million bank customers - that is approx. 85% of all active e-banking users. Customers of PKO, Pekao, ING, mBank, Santander, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Getin, BOŚ Bank and many cooperative banks can already use mojeID. Using the mojeID system, they can log in to portals of telecoms, insurance companies, health centres, media providers, etc.
